INSIZE 6801-2 Magnetic V-Block (Matched Pair) 100x70x95 mm. The INSIZE 6801-2 is a matched pair of magnetic V-blocks, 100x70x95 mm each, sold together rather than singly, for holding a round shaft from 6 to 67 mm during inspection or machining. Each block has a built-in magnet with an on/off switch and two V-grooves, a larger one on top and a smaller one below. INSIZE rates the magnetic force at 80 kgf per block, holds the V-grooves parallel and square to within 10 micrometres, and matches the height of the two blocks in the pair to within 10 micrometres so they sit level together. The surface finish is not hardened.
