We may collect name, verified or supplied mobile number, email, billing and delivery address, GSTIN when provided, account information, cart and order history, RFQ details, communications, device/browser information, IP address, fraud-prevention signals and payment status or transaction reference.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, process orders and payments, deliver products, issue tax invoices, provide customer support, respond to RFQs, prevent fraud, maintain records, comply with law and improve the website.

Information may be shared only as reasonably required with payment gateways, banks, logistics providers, OTP/communication providers, hosting and email providers, analytics services, professional advisers and government or regulatory authorities. Each third party may process information under its own applicable privacy terms.

Complete payment credentials such as UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV and OTP are processed by the relevant payment provider and should never be disclosed to Vatsa Enterprises.

We retain information only for the period needed for fulfilment, support, security, tax/accounting records, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no online system is completely risk-free.

Essential cookies may be used for cart, login, security and checkout. Analytics or marketing cookies should be used in accordance with applicable consent requirements. Users may request access, correction or deletion where legally available by writing to our Grievance Officer at admin@vatsaenterprises.in (see Grievance redressal).
