This website is operated by Vatsa Enterprises, a proprietorship of Aditya Mishra. By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry or placing an order, the user agrees to these terms and linked policies.

Product availability, specifications and prices may change before order acceptance. We aim to keep descriptions and images accurate, but packaging, shade, accessories and manufacturer specifications may vary. An automated order or payment acknowledgement is not final acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch or written confirmation.

We may contact customers to verify high-value, COD, bulk, custom or industrial orders. We may decline or cancel an order for non-availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, failed verification or legal/compliance reasons, with any eligible captured payment refunded according to these policies.

Customers must provide accurate information and use products according to manufacturer instructions, safety standards and applicable law. Resale, export or industrial-use requirements are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the affected product or order. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to mandatory consumer-law forums and other non-excludable jurisdiction, courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
