We deliver across India. The standard delivery charge is ₹99 per order. We may offer free delivery on orders above a set value; when we do, the site and your cart say so, and the standard charge is waived on orders above that value.
Where free delivery is offered, the amount tested against its threshold is your order value after any discount and including GST, before the delivery charge itself. A discount can therefore bring an order below the threshold.
The delivery charge that applies to your order is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay, and appears on your GST invoice. We may revise the charge and the threshold, or withdraw free delivery; the figures shown at checkout when you place your order are the ones that apply.
Some heavy or oversized products cost more than ₹99 to deliver. Where that is the case, the product's own delivery charge is shown on its page and in your cart, and it applies instead of the ₹99 charge.
A product's own delivery charge is never waived, however large the order. Free delivery, where offered, applies only to the standard ₹99 charge.
If your order contains more than one such product, the single highest of those charges applies to the order. They are not added together.
A product listing or written quotation may state different delivery terms. Where it does, those terms apply.
Products marked In stock are dispatched within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. If dispatch is delayed, we will inform the customer by phone or email.
Products marked Sourced to order are bought in from our supplier for your order and dispatched within 5–7 working days after order confirmation. If we cannot source an item, we cancel it and refund you in full.
Normal delivery is expected within 3–5 working days after dispatch, subject to PIN-code serviceability, carrier operations, weather, public holidays and events beyond our reasonable control.
Tracking details will be shared when available. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
COD is available at most of 19,000+ serviceable PIN codes, subject to verification and availability at checkout. The current maximum COD value is ₹10,000.
For bulk, custom, high-value and industrial orders, our team may contact the buyer to confirm specifications, availability, delivery and handling before acceptance.
For exports, send a bulk quote request. International freight, insurance, duties, taxes and documentation charges are quoted separately.
