Anabond 112 is a single-component, fast-curing, high-strength anaerobic threadlocker for permanent locking of threaded fasteners. It cures between close-fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air and prevents loosening and leakage caused by shock and vibration. It offers good temperature performance and chemical resistance, making it ideal for heavy-duty industrial and automotive use. Typical uses: locking bolts and studs up to M20, studs in motor housings, nuts on pump housing studs, and other fasteners that need high strength. Pack contains 50 bottles of 50 ml each. Clean and degrease the bolt and nut threads, and let them dry. 2. Apply a few drops of Anabond 112 on the bolt threads where the nut will sit. 3. Assemble and tighten to the required torque. 4. Allow handling strength before use; full strength develops in 24 hours at room temperature. Note: This is a high-strength, permanent threadlocker. Removal may need heat and hand tools. For parts that need regular dismantling, use a medium-strength grade instead.
