The DeWALT DCG405P2-QW is an 18V XR cordless angle grinder, also badged 20V Max, with a brushless motor and a 125 mm disc capacity. DeWALT supplies it as a kit with two 5.0 Ah DCB184 batteries, a charger, a TSTAK case, a side handle, a grinding guard and a hex wrench. It runs at 9,000 rpm at no load from a slide switch. An electronic clutch reduces kickback if the disc pinches or stalls, and an electronic brake stops the wheel quickly once the switch is released. Mesh covers keep dust out of the motor, and the bare tool weighs 1.74 kg.
