INSIZE 0709-HAK01 K-Type Handheld Armored Thermocouple -40 to 600C. The INSIZE 0709-HAK01 is a K-type handheld thermocouple with a pointed-tip, 316L stainless steel sensor (3 mm diameter x 250 mm) on a bakelite handle, for probing hot surfaces, liquids, or gases by hand. INSIZE states a range of -40 to 600 degrees C, with an accuracy of +/-1.5 degrees C or 0.004 x reading (whichever is greater) between -20 and 600 degrees C, and +/-2.5 degrees C outside that. The Ni-Cr vs Ni-Al thermocouple wire runs through a PUP spring-wire lead that stretches to 1.2 m to an integrated, insulated plug that fits INSIZE's thermocouple thermometers.
