Description

INSIZE's 1155-510 high precision digital height gauge covers 0~50mm on a ceramic base chosen for wear and corrosion resistance, with a ceramic-base flatness of 2μm. It resolves to 0.1μm/0.000005" and can switch to 1μm/0.00005", with 1μm accuracy at 20°C and a measuring force of 0.8-1.2N. INSIZE adds a high-brightness LED display, a 5000mm/s response speed, and USB output that transmits straight to Excel without software when the foot switch is pressed briefly, or zeros the reading on a long press. The main unit and measuring tips are included.
