Description

The INSIZE 4957-D2 measures the straightness of cylinders from 50 to 550mm diameter and checks the horizontal alignment of cylindrical equipment such as rollers, sitting on its V-groove base with the cylinder itself. It is an electronic level with an LCD readout, adjustable resolution of 0.01mm/m or 0.005mm/m, and a stated accuracy of ±(0.01+2%A) or ±(0.005+2%A) of the measured value. Readings feed into INSIZE's Android app and straightness-measuring software, which plots the results and calculates straightness automatically. It runs 30 hours on one 18350 li-ion battery and has a 178mm base, weighing 4kg.
