Description
This INSIZE dial indicator tester calibrates indicators and testers with 0.01mm or 0.001mm graduation, and extensometers of level 0.5 or below, using a built-in micrometer reading to 0.2μm over a 0-25mm measuring range. INSIZE states its spindle feed error is ±1μm over any 2mm stroke and ±1.5μm over a full 25mm stroke, with hysteresis of 0.5μm. The column height adjusts from 150 to 260mm to suit different indicators, and a locking device holds it steady during a check. It comes with a dust cover and a fixed mandrel for testing extensometers, making it a bench calibration stand for a toolroom's own measuring instruments.
