INSIZE HDT-ACM-SW Vickers Hardness Measuring System. The INSIZE HDT-ACM-SW is a camera-and-software upgrade kit that turns a compatible Vickers hardness tester into an imaging system, with manual indentation measurement and a 5.1-megapixel camera. INSIZE states 0.1HV resolution, plus-or-minus 3% accuracy and compatibility with the HDT-MVH1100 and HDT-MVE1300 micro Vickers hardness testers named in its own range, connecting over USB with software that logs average, maximum, minimum and standard-deviation values and can also test fracture toughness. Standard delivery is the camera, adapter tube, USB cable and software, with an extension tube included on the ACM1 and ACM2 versions; the hardness tester and computer are not part of the kit.
