INSIZE ISP-Z1 Impact Specimen Notch Projector. The INSIZE ISP-Z1 is a notch projector for checking the notching quality of Charpy V-notch and U-notch impact specimens at a 2mm notch depth, projecting the profile at 50X magnification onto a 200mm screen with standard sample drawings, tolerances and angle values for direct comparison. INSIZE states it corresponds to GB/T 229, with a stage that travels plus-or-minus 10mm in X and Y and plus-or-minus 12mm in Z and rotates a full 360 degrees. It runs on a 150W, AC 220V, 50Hz supply, measures 510x220x600mm and weighs 20kg, covering fewer standards than the ISP-Z2 model.
