Description

INSIZE's LSK-E12 strip measures 12m and belongs to its absolute-type magnetic linear scale range. INSIZE states the same 2+2mm pitch and ±40µm accuracy as its incremental scales, an IP65 dust/water rating, and a maximum length of 16.3m for the absolute line. Because it is an absolute encoder, position data survives a power-off rather than needing the axis to re-home. The strip is read by a separate INSIZE LSK-A series reader head, which outputs over BISS-C, and the pairing suits CNC axes and machine slides needing position feedback that does not reset.
