Description

The INSIZE RFS-BT40 is a spindle tension meter built for the BT40 tool taper, used to check how firmly a machine tool's tool-locking device is clamping before the spindle runs. Like the rest of the RFS range, it uses a hydraulic mechanical gauge for stable, repeatable readings. Its dial covers 0 to 160 kg/cm², accurate to ±2.6 kg/cm², which corresponds to a spindle tension of 500 to 1100 kgf on a BT40 holder. INSIZE lists this version for manual tool-change spindles, with a shank shaped to seat in the BT40 pocket the way a cutting tool would.
