Description

The BO6050J is Makita's 750 W corded random orbit sander with a 150 mm pad, built for both finish sanding and coarser rough work. Makita lists a variable speed control of 1,600-6,800 OPM with two sanding modes: random orbit for finishing and buffing, and roto-orbit for coarser sanding and polishing, plus a 5.5 mm orbit diameter for a swirl-free finish. Soft start reduces start-up shock, and a toolless pad-change system speeds up pad swaps. The tool measures a compact 330 mm long, weighs 2.6 kg and runs at 82 dB(A), taking a 2.5 m power cord for 220-240V mains supply.
