Description

Makita's DHP484 is an 18V LXT brushless cordless hammer driver drill running a two-speed gearbox of 0-2,000 RPM on high and 0-400 RPM on low, with an impact rate of 0-30,000 IPM on high and 0-6,000 IPM on low. Makita states a fastening torque of 91 N·m on hard joints and 58 N·m on soft ones, and a maximum lock torque of 60 N·m. The 13 mm keyless chuck drills up to 13 mm in steel, 76 mm in wood, and 16 mm in masonry. An electric brake and Extreme Protection Technology are fitted, and the tool weighs 2.2-2.6 kg.
