Description
The DRC200Z is Makita's robotic floor cleaner for commercial and industrial sites, running on two 18V batteries connected in parallel. Makita states it can cover up to 500 m² in 200 minutes on two BL1850B batteries (300 m² in 120 minutes on two BL1830B), with a 2.5 litre dust box and a choice of random or pattern cleaning modes. Ultrasonic and bumper sensors plus four IR cliff sensors guide it around obstacles and steps, and a wireless remote with a 20 m range locates the cleaner and starts or stops a run. It weighs 7.8 kg without batteries.
