Description
The Makita DSL801Z is an 18V LXT cordless drywall sander built around a 210 mm (8-1/4 inch) pad, with its BL motor giving a variable speed of 1,000 to 1,800 RPM. Makita states a redesigned dust collection brush to reduce dust leakage, Extreme Protection Technology for added dust and water resistance, and a soft start for smoother starts. It is also built to work with the Auto-start Wireless System for connecting a compatible Bluetooth dust extractor. Maximum output is 260 W, and weight runs 4.6 to 5.8 kg with the battery fitted.
