Description
The Makita DTC100 is a closed-type 18V LXT cordless cable cutter developed specifically for cutting, with a maximum blade opening of 50 mm. Makita states cutting capacities including 600V-CV cable up to 38 mm, 6600V-CV up to 45 mm, 600V-IV up to 35 mm and 600V-VVR up to 47 mm, for aluminium and copper cable only. An automatic reverse function returns the blade to its set position, one LED light with afterglow lights the cut, and a shoulder belt is available as an optional accessory. Net weight is 2.9 kg, and the tool ships in a plastic case.
