The Makita DTW190SFX1 is an 18V LXT cordless impact wrench with a 12.7 mm (1/2") square drive and 190 N·m of maximum torque, which Makita describes as ideal for scaffold building. It runs at up to 2,300 RPM and 3,000 impacts per minute with variable speed control by trigger. The compact, ergonomic body is only 176 mm long and light to reduce fatigue. A built-in LED light with preglow, soft-grip handle, conveniently placed reversing switch, electric brake and battery protection circuit against overloading and overheating make it practical for repetitive fastening at height.
