Description

The Metabo WPBA 18 LTX BL 15-180 Quick DS is an 18 V cordless angle grinder for a 180 mm disc, running at 7,500 rpm on an M14 spindle and cutting up to 60 mm deep. Metabo states it is as powerful as a 1,500 Watt mains-powered grinder, while weighing 2.4 kg without a battery and 3.1 kg with one. It runs on any 18 V CAS-brand battery. A brushless motor, Metabo's S-automatic mechanical safety clutch, a fast brake that stops the disc within 1.5 seconds, a paddle deadman switch, an M-Quick tool-free disc change and an auto-balancer for lower vibration are all built in.
