Description
The Stanley 4-18-327 is a FatMax brickset, or bolster, a brick cold chisel with a broad 76 mm (3 in) blade and a 216 mm (8-1/2 in) blade length. A bi-material hand guard gives comfort and protection from overstrikes. Stanley forges it from chrome vanadium steel for strength and durability with less grinding, and hardens, quenches and tempers it for added safety. The modified parabolic striking end resists mushrooming and chipping, the powder-coat finish adds visibility, and the blade holds its edge longer to save re-sharpening time.
