Description

Stanley's 70-391E shallow offset ring spanner has bi-hex rings in two sizes, 25 mm and 28 mm, one at each end. Forged from high-grade chrome vanadium (Cr-V) steel, it has a protective matt finish and is made for exact fitment with minimal slipping on nuts and bolts. The Maxi-Drive system, Stanley says, helps reduce fastener rounding.
