Description

The Stanley 84-006 is a 160 mm FatMax VDE long nose plier whose tapering jaws grip and manoeuvre wire in confined spaces. Stanley rates it for safe live-line working up to 1,000 V, tests each plier individually at 10,000 V and states compliance with EN 60900. It is forged from heat-treated high chrome steel, with hand-ground, induction-hardened blades, a varnish coating against corrosion and a bi-material handle with secure grip grooving. Stanley makes and tests it at its factory in Besancon, France.
