Description

The Stanley 90-948 is a 200 mm (8 inch) MaxSteel adjustable wrench, or adjustable spanner, for assembly, repair and maintenance work, including plumbing and automotive jobs. Its tapered jaw reaches into limited spaces, and the wide-capacity jaw accepts a wide range of nut and bolt sizes. A knurled adjusting screw sets the jaw quickly and precisely, a built-in tension spring keeps the movable jaw steady, and laser-etched SAE and metric scales show the opening. Stanley forges it from chrome and steel with a full polish chrome finish and a slip-resistant bi-material handle, and it meets ANSI specifications.
