Description

STIHL's HSE 42 electric hedge trimmer draws 420 W at 220-240 V and drives its 450 mm (18-inch) blade at a stroke rate of 3,400 per minute. STIHL gives the device weight as 3.1 kg without the cable, and describes the blade's high speed and generous tooth spacing as giving a clean, efficient cut. A two-handed switch with a trigger lock is fitted for safety, and a wrap-around front handle lets you move between vertical and horizontal cutting positions easily.
