This STIHL GTA 40 set pairs the cordless garden pruner with two AS 2 batteries and an AL 5-2 charger. The GTA 40 is a compact battery saw for professional tree and shrub care, horticulture and landscaping, and for processing wood on construction sites, including pruning within the crown by trained arborists. Its two lithium-ion batteries give 22 V (24 V maximum) and 0.41 kW to drive a 1/4-inch PM3 chain on a 15 cm (6 in) bar, with speed-dependent automatic chain lubrication and variable chain speed. The tool weighs 1.4 kg without batteries, is certified splash-proof to IPX4 and manages up to 240 cuts per AS 2 charge.
