STIHL's MS 462 is a weight-optimised, high-performance chainsaw that STIHL positions for medium- to high-density stands; it runs on a 72.2 cc engine that delivers 4.4 kW (6.0 hp). STIHL lists a dry weight of 6.0 kg, excluding the guide bar, chain and fuel. This unit is fitted with an 18-inch guide bar and a Rapid Super saw chain (Rollomatic).
