Groz CHID/2.5/12 Club Hammer Indestructible Handle 1.1 kg

The Groz CHID/2.5/12 club hammer has a 1.1 kg (2.5 lb) head on a compact 12-inch (300 mm) indestructible handle, shorter than a sledge hammer for closer, more controlled swings. Four spring steel bars run through the handle and lock into the head with a steel plate, and the ergonomic rubber grip absorbs vibration for comfortable use. The head is forged from special steel and induction hardened to 50-58 HRC, conforming to BS 876, ANSI and SANS387:2014. Groz recommends it for driving stakes, setting bolts, small demolition jobs and metal forming work.
