INSIZE 1531-200 Keyway Symmetry Digital Caliper

The INSIZE 1531-200 is a digital caliper for checking the symmetry of a keyway cut into a shaft, covering shafts from Ø6 mm to Ø350 mm with keyways from 3 mm to 250 mm wide. INSIZE states an accuracy of ±0.05 mm and a resolution of 0.01 mm (0.0005 in), with a data output port. You measure once, then turn the caliper 180° and measure again; comparing the two readings shows whether the keyway is centred, offset to one side, or the shaft is warped. Unlike the smaller 1531-60, this model does not measure the keyway's width. It is non-waterproof, made of stainless steel, and runs on a CR2032 battery.
