Description

The INSIZE 2184-25W dial snap gauge covers a 0-25mm range for quick outside-dimension checks in mass production, closing its carbide-faced anvils on a part with 6-9N of measuring force and a 3mm anvil-retracting stroke to let the part in and out. INSIZE sells it bare, ready to take an optional dial indicator (0.01mm graduation) or digital indicator (0.01mm/0.0005" resolution) fitted on top, and notes the frame is not suitable for 0.001mm dial indicators. Without an indicator fitted it works as a fixed-limit gap gauge; with one fitted it gives a numeric reading for each part checked.
