Description

The INSIZE 2383-08A is a long-stylus dial test indicator, giving it extra reach into recesses and around obstructions that a standard stylus cannot clear. It covers a 0.8mm range at 13µm accuracy and 0.01mm graduation, and meets DIN 2270. The mechanism runs on a jeweled bearing with a carbide contact point, measures in two directions, and sits in an anti-magnetic body so it is unaffected by magnetism from the workpiece. It is supplied with two mounting clamps, 4mm and 8mm in diameter, for fixing it to a stand when checking alignment or runout.
