The INSIZE 3351-175 is a digital micrometer/snap gauge covering 150-175mm/6-7", built around an absolute encoder that keeps its reading after power-off. INSIZE states an accuracy of 4µm and repeatability of 1µm, with measuring-face flatness of 0.5µm and parallelism of 2.5µm. One turn of the sleeve advances the spindle 5mm, and pressing the fork retracts it 3mm for fast, repeat measurements; using the sleeve does not affect accuracy. The carbide measuring faces sit on linear ball bearings rated for ten million cycles, and the IP65 body ships with a rechargeable battery good for 24 hours of continuous use, gauge blocks for zero-setting, and a manufacturer inspection certificate.
