Description

The INSIZE 4184-44B optical parallel checks the flatness and parallelism of the measuring faces on an outside micrometer covering 75-100mm. It is a Ø50mm glass parallel set with four discs, 90.62, 90.75, 90.87 and 91.00mm thick, used to confirm the anvil and spindle faces read flat and parallel before the micrometer is trusted for precision work. INSIZE states the flatness of each face at 0.1µm and the parallelism between the two faces at 0.6µm.
