The INSIZE 3594-25A digital non-rotating spindle disk micrometer measures 0-25 mm/0-1 in to an accuracy of ±4 µm, with 5 µm parallelism, for checking the root tangent length of gear teeth. Its spindle does not rotate as it advances, which avoids winding up or marking the gear tooth being measured. INSIZE gives it a resolution of 0.001 mm/0.00005 in, a ratchet stop, and on/off, set, mm/inch and data-transmission buttons with data output and automatic power-off, running on a CR2032 battery. No setting standard is supplied with this smallest size.
