Description

The INSIZE 3351-300 is a digital micrometer built like a snap gauge: turning its sleeve feeds the spindle 5mm per turn for a fast approach to the part, and pressing a fork retracts it 3mm to free the workpiece, without affecting the reading's accuracy. It covers 275-300mm/11-12" at a stated accuracy of 6 microns and 1-micron repeatability, with resolution adjustable down to 0.0002mm. INSIZE fits carbide measuring faces, an absolute encoder that keeps the reading after power-off, and a wired data interface for exporting readings, with an optional wireless transmitter sold separately; a full charge runs it for about 24 hours.
