Description

This INSIZE digital crankshaft tester checks crankshaft deflection over a 125-500mm range, with a movable point stroke of 3mm and an accuracy of ±0.005mm. INSIZE states its resolution is 0.001mm/0.00005", repeatability is 0.002mm and measuring force is 21N. It reads out in both digital and analog, has built-in Bluetooth to send live and statistical max/min/TIR data to an Android or iPhone app up to 20 metres away, and includes a set of extension rods for longer crankshafts. The digital head keeps preset and tolerance data in memory after a restart and runs on a rechargeable battery, and INSIZE includes the app and a USB-C charging cable.
