Description

INSIZE's 3353-100AWL is the built-in wireless version of its 75-100 mm/3-3.95 in digital disk micrometer/snap gauge, accurate to 5 µm with 1 µm repeatability and 5 µm parallelism, used to measure the root tangent length of gear teeth. Its absolute encoder retains the reading after power-off, with resolution adjustable to 0.0002 mm, 0.001 mm or 0.01 mm. One turn of the sleeve feeds the spindle 5 mm without affecting accuracy, and the retract fork pulls it back 3 mm. It runs on a rechargeable battery for 24 hours of continuous use, and needs a receiver for its wireless data.
