INSIZE 6312-85 Setting Ring Ø85mm

INSIZE's 6312-85 setting ring (ring gauge) is machined to Ø85mm and used for zero-setting inside micrometers, three-point internal micrometers and bore gauges. It is finished to standard accuracy under DIN 2250-1:2008 Type C, with roundness and taper held to 1 µm at this size. Because the ring's true diameter can differ from the ordered size by up to ±10 µm, INSIZE engraves the actual figure on the ring face, next to a marking line that shows which way to check it. INSIZE supplies each ring with its own inspection certificate.
