INSIZE 6312-8D5 Setting Ring Ø8.5mm

The INSIZE 6312-8D5 is a Ø8.5mm setting ring (ring gauge), used to zero-set inside micrometers, three-point internal micrometers and bore gauges before a measurement run. INSIZE builds it to standard accuracy meeting DIN 2250-1:2008 Type C, holding roundness and taper to within 0.4 µm at this diameter. A marking line on the face shows the direction to check the size, and the ring's actual diameter — which can differ from the ordered size by up to ±10 µm — is engraved on the ring itself, so the true figure is read off the piece rather than assumed. Each ring ships with INSIZE's own inspection certificate.
