Description

The INSIZE 7130-10 is a digital linear gauge reading 0 to 12.5mm on an optical-grating scale, with a resolution of 0.1µm, a stated accuracy of 1µm and a repeatability of 0.5µm. Its cable exits the body horizontally and carries an RS232 signal at TTL level. As an absolute encoder the gauge keeps its position reading after power is removed, needs no separate amplifier, and INSIZE rates it IP43 for dust and water resistance. Measuring force is kept to 1.5N or less, and the 3m cable and 9600 baud rate can both be customised to order.
