INSIZE 9646-300 Ultrasonic Hardness Tester

The INSIZE 9646-300 is a portable ultrasonic hardness tester for on-line measurement of flange edges, gears, shafts, thin-walled pipes and welded parts, reading 50-1599HV on its main Vickers scale and converting to HRA, HRB, HRC, HBW, HS and MPa. INSIZE states plus-or-minus 4%HV, plus-or-minus 4%HB and plus-or-minus 1.5HR accuracy, one-point calibration for normal materials and multi-point calibration for special materials, and conformity to DIN 50159 and ASTM A1038. It ships with a 19.6N manual probe but no printer, stores up to 100 measurement sets, runs on a built-in rechargeable battery for around 10 hours, and weighs 540g.
