Description

The INSIZE 9653-YS01 LCR meter covers 10Hz to 100kHz at 0.05% basic accuracy on a 3.5-inch TFT LCD, with auto level control and the standard LCR parameter set (Cs-Rs, Cp-D, Z-θ and more) plus DCR. Signal levels run 10mV-2V or 100µA-20mA with DC bias to ±2.5V, and ranging is auto, manual or nominal across 9 levels. INSIZE includes open/short and three-point user calibration, a 10-group cyclic list test, and 11-level comparator sorting, via RS232, RS485, USB or HANDLER interfaces, with a Kelvin clip lead, test fixture and short-circuit plate included.
