Description
Testing from 10Hz to 200kHz with 0.05% basic accuracy on a 3.5-inch TFT LCD, the INSIZE 9653-YS02 LCR meter auto-levels its signal and measures the standard LCR parameter set (Cs-Rs, Cp-D, Z-θ and more) plus DCR, with 10mV-2V or 100µA-20mA signal levels, DC bias to ±2.5V, and auto, manual or nominal ranging over 9 levels. It offers open/short and three-point user calibration, a 10-group cyclic list test, and 11-level comparator sorting, over RS232, RS485, USB or HANDLER interfaces. A Kelvin clip lead, test fixture and short-circuit plate are included.
