INSIZE ISR-LS601S Surface Roughness Specimen, Ra 0.1µm, Sine Wave

This INSIZE surface roughness reference specimen, model ISR-LS601S, is a glass calibration block with a simulated-sine-wave surface texture rated at Ra 0.1µm, used to check and calibrate roughness testers by comparing a test reading on the specimen against its stated value. INSIZE gives a supply deviation of -20% to +10% from the nominal Ra and a surface uniformity of 3% across the block. Matching the reference specimen's roughness to the value expected on the workpiece being measured improves the accuracy of the tester's reading.
