Description

The INSIZE ISR-C301 is a separable-type roughness tester: a handheld inductive pick-up with a diamond stylus that travels 17.5mm along its X-axis and reads texture over a Z-axis range of -200µm to +200µm, at a resolution of 0.001µm Ra and a stated accuracy of ±10%. This model's stylus carries a light 0.75mN measuring force through a 2µm/60° tip, suited to fine surfaces. INSIZE lists cut-off lengths of 0.25, 0.8 and 2.5mm with 1 to 5 cut-offs, and the unit stores 100 results, running on a built-in rechargeable battery with USB and Bluetooth output.
