INSIZE IST-IR05S Dynamic Torque Sensor 0.5 N.m. The INSIZE IST-IR05S is a dynamic torque sensor (compact type) with a hexagonal drive and a 0.5 N.m maximum range, used to test electric, pneumatic and manual torque screwdrivers and torque wrenches and for torque monitoring on rotating drives up to 3000 rpm. INSIZE builds it in alloy steel, states an accuracy of ±0.2% of full scale, a 1.0 ms response time and clockwise/counter-clockwise operation, and rates it to a 150% safety overload (200% at the extreme). It connects on a 3 m cable and, per INSIZE, is not suitable for high-speed shock torque measurement.
