JAYPEE ABP-30 Automatic Batching Plant combines cement, sand, admixture and aggregates into a uniform concrete mix, ready to go to the job site by concrete pumps and transit mixers. It has four compartments for sand and different grades of gravel and a PAN mixer driven by a planetary gearbox; cement and fly-ash come by screw conveyor and water/admixture from storage at the top. Load cells on every hopper and remote recipe control give remarkably consistent, homogeneous concrete. Self-loading — suitable where labour is scarce and ground conditions suit only earth-movers.
