Description

The Makita 4100KB is a corded dustless cutter that takes a 125 mm (5 inch) diamond wheel and cuts to a depth of 40 mm, dry, without water. Makita states a 1,400 W motor driving 12,200 RPM, with a 360-degree rotatable dust collecting port for connecting a vacuum cleaner or dust bag, plus a dust cover to keep dust from scattering around the tool. A two-stage safety trigger switch guards against accidental start-up, and the body is double insulated. Net weight is 3.0 kg. Sound pressure during operation is stated at 96 dB(A).
