Makita DCC500Z 18V Cordless Cutter 125 mm

The Makita DCC500Z is an 18V LXT dry-cut cordless cutter that takes up to a 125 mm (5 inch) diamond wheel and cuts to a depth of 40 mm. Makita states its BL motor turns the wheel at 8,800 RPM, giving cutting efficiency similar to its DGA504 angle grinder. Automatic torque Drive Technology adjusts cutting speed and torque during the cut, and Extreme Protection Technology adds dust and water resistance. The Auto-start Wireless System connects the tool to a compatible vacuum cleaner over Bluetooth, and a built-in LED lights the cut line. Weight is 2.5 to 3.0 kg, and Makita lists it for cutting stone, masonry, tile and concrete.
